I am a Senior Researcher at VATT Institute for Economic Research in Helsinki, where I conduct research at the intersection of public and urban economics. I work part-time at the Turku School of Economics, where I teach empirical urban economics. I am also affiliated with the Finnish Centre of Excellence in Tax Systems Research and the Research Center for Regional Economics at KU Leuven, where I obtained my PhD.
